Where are you based?

We are headquartered in Connecticut, Redding CT 06896.

When are you going to ship my speaker?

We are taking precautions with the global pandemic, so we will remain on hold until it is safe to send out samples and start mass manufacturing. Feel free to follow our Instagram for the latest updates.

Can I change my order after I paid?

Yes, you can. After we start our manufacturing, we will contact you to confirm your address and the design you ordered, and you will have the opportunity to make adjustments to your order.

Can I return my speaker if I don’t like it?

You will have 3 business days from the time you received your order to return it to the fulfillment center from where it was shipped.

What does your warranty cover and how long it is valid?

We have a 1-year warranty for every product. This warranty covers all manufacturing and engineering-related issues. For our warranty policy, click here.

I have a problem with my speaker. What should I do?

Do you have any physical stores?

We don’t currently have any physical stores, but we will have our speakers on the shelves of all of our retailer partners once we can begin manufacturing. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter for the latest update our retailer partners.

Will you have any other designs?

Yes, we will continuously be adding new designs to our collection of speakers. We will occasionally release limited-edition designs in collaboration with artists or in support of various causes.

Is Classy Infiniti compatible with other Bluetooth devices?

Absolutely  it’s compatible with any smartphone, laptop, tablet or TV that is Bluetooth-enabled.

Can I use my speaker for phone calls?

Yes! And it will be the most clear, high-quality sound you’ve ever experienced on a phone call. 😉

Can I pair my Classy Infiniti with another Classy Infiniti?

Yes, you can pair more than 100 Classy Infiniti speakers together.

How long does the battery last?

The battery will last for 30+ hours of playtime. (Battery time varies when the speaker is used to charge phones.)

How long does it take to charge my speaker?

It takes 6.5 hours to fully charge 6 batteries.

Is my speaker capable of stereo pairing?

Yes, Classy Infiniti has stereo-pairing capabilities when paired with another Classy Infiniti.

Does my speaker have a microphone?

Yes, it has a built-in microphone.

Where can I find a manual?

Is my speaker water-resistant?

It is splash-resistant, but it isn’t designed for use under water.

How do I charge my speaker?

You can use a USB Type-C cable or our wireless charging station.

How do I know when my speaker is fully charged?

When your speaker is fully charged, you’ll see a light illuminated on the USB Type-C charger as well as on the charging station.
